The template Policy and Procedures has been invaluable in preparation for demonstrating compliance with the Common Standards. Having the template has avoided employing a project officer to review and/or develop policies and procedure. The template is a great road map which can be readily adapted to the individual organisation. It is comforting to know what will be required to demonstrate compliance with the common standards and that nothing will be missed in the preparation. The template is a wonderful tool.
